What's Coming to DocuRise in October? Groups, Sales, API, and Our First User Meetup

I'm Gayoung Park, CEO of DocuRise.

Ahead of the Chuseok holiday, I wanted to take a moment to thank you.

DocuRise continues to grow and improve thanks to your feedback.

“I want to send another message only to people like these.”
“I want my resources to lead to sales.”
“I want an easier way to connect the tools I already use.”

The updates we're preparing also began with your requests and suggestions.

And on Thursday, October 22, we'll hold our first DocuRise user meetup.
I'll share the details separately after the holiday :)

👇 Today, I'd like to give you a first look at the updates planned for October.

1/ Choose the customers you need to reach,
then send your next message 👀

Groups and tags are getting more powerful

We're preparing a way for you to select just the customers you need from the people you've collected through documents and forms, then send them email or Kakao Alimtalk (a KakaoTalk business notification).

For example, you could select people who:

• Viewed a free resource but haven't bought a product yet
• Reached the payment page but didn't complete payment
• Opened an email but didn't click a link
• Read a specific document or clicked a button
• Bought a product at least 30 days ago
• Can receive Kakao Alimtalk

Going forward, you'll be able to segment customers using more specific criteria, such as document engagement, payment status, email engagement, and days since purchase.

Select the customers you need to reach and send your next message.

2/ Turn the contacts you've collected into sales 💰

Send follow-up messages to the contacts you've collected, create a sales page, take payments, deliver your materials, and reconnect with customers after a purchase.

You can keep the steps needed to make a sale connected within DocuRise.

For now, we've opened this up to some users first.

More than KRW 60 million in sales has already been generated through DocuRise.

3/ We're preparing an API, too 🤖

We're also preparing an API for those who want to connect DocuRise more flexibly with the tools they already use.

We plan to support these functions first :)

• Create documents: Notion / Post
• Create forms
• Set up Instagram DMs for the next post

We're planning a place where DocuRise users can see and hear how others use it, and connect with one another in person.

We're also considering other events that could be helpful, such as webinars and one-day workshops.
